First real day of summer

Starting off the summer ...RIGHT! :-) I went for a walk with the dogs and hubby this morning. We worked out in the yard and in the house. Then we went and ran some errands came back and worked out. The workout mix of HIIT and upper body weights. This morning I had eggs with red peppers and feta cheese. I had celery with peanut butter as a snack. Then for lunch we made chicken kabobs. I had whole wheat pasta with basil, tomatoes and balsamic vingerette. Oh also, I had 9 shrimp. When I added it all together on my Fitness Pal it was 1405.. which is five calories over my goal, but I did workout hard today and burned over 500 calories. One of the magazines that I follow on Facebook posted this picture... I thought it was fitting for the start of my journey.
